B.Ed Admission 2013 in Delhi University:-
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:-
Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme of the University of Delhi should meet either of the following eligibility criteria for being considered for admission to the course through the Entrance Test.
I. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (for graduates) Bachelor’s degree or any other qualification recognised equivalent thereto from a recognised university with a minimum of : 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
and
50% marks in aggregate at the bachelor’s degree level in each of the two subjects from out of the ones indicated in List I, in which the candidate will take the Entrance Test. II.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (for post-graduates)
(a) Master’s degree or any other qualification recognised equivalent thereto from a recognised university, in any of the subject options indicated in List I or List II given with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate
and
Having studied at least one subject at the bachelor’s degree level other than the one in the post-graduation and also indicated in List-I. In this subject also, the candidate must have secure at least 50% marks in aggregate in that subject. The Entrance Test will be taken in this subject along with the subject of the Masters degree. OR
(b) Masters degree or any other qualification recognised equivalent thereto from a recognised university in any subject with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate
and
Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, from the ones indicated in List I, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in each of these two subjects, in which the candidate will take the Entrance Test.
METHOD OF SELECTION:-
About the Entrance Test All candidates are required to appear in the Entrance Test. It consists of two parts and can be taken in either English or Hindi.
Part A comprises of the two subjects chosen by the candidate for the Entrance Test. This part will assess, upto graduation level, the content knowledge and analytical abilities in the concerned subject(s).
Part B of the test is common for all candidates. It consists of the following two sections:
Reasoning and General Awareness This section would include areas to assess abilities such as reasoning (mathematical, inductive & deductive), identifying and understanding the relationship among various elements, decision making, data analysis, interpretation etc. This section will also assess the awareness and knowledge of the candidate in the fields of education, national and international affairs, etc.
Language Comprehension
This section aims at assessing the candidates’ language comprehension skills, either in English or in Hindi, as per their choice.
Table – III : Structure of the Entrance Test

Total Marks ( A + B) 150
There will be an Internal Sectional cut-off at 16 marks ( i.e., 40%) for each of the Sections A (i) and A (ii). The total duration of the Entrance Test is 3 hours. Candidates from each of the Streams given in Table-II [Sciences (A), Languages (B), Social Sciences-C (I) & (II), Arts & Music (D), Education (E), and Other Languages (F) ] will compete among themselves for the seats allocated in that stream.
B.Ed Admission 2013 Mumbai University:-
B.Ed Admission 2013 Mumbai University Eligibility Criteria:-
A candidate for the degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) must have passed a Bachelor's degree examination of this University or a corresponding degree examination of any other University recognised as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate at the Bachelor's degree examination and must have offered subjects relating to secondary/Higher Secondary level as per the requirements laid down by the State Government in that regard. Relaxation of the minimum percentage of marks at the Bachelor's degree examination for candidates from Reserved Categories and serving teachers will be as per State Government rules made from time to time in that respect.In addition the candidate must have subsequent to his passing the Bachelor's degree examination.Kept two terms for the full-time B.Ed. and four terms for part-time B.Ed. course seperated ovr a maximum period of two and four consecutive years respectively in a college of education.
Completed a course of practical work extending over two terms for the Full-time course and four terms for the Part-time course to the satisfaction of the Head of the Institution in which the candidate is studying consisting of :
(a) Attendance at Demonstration lessons.
(b) Teaching practice of not less than 25 lessons distributed over different standards from
Vth to XIIth of recognised Secondary and Higher Secondary School selected by the Principal as Practising school. In addition to these 25 lessons there will be five compulsory micro teaching lessons.
Candidates who are eligible to teach Std.XIth and XIIth may be permitted to opt for both the special methods upto XIIth Std.
(c) Observation of Teaching as directed.
(d) Intenship of at least one week's duration.
(e) (i) One of the work experience projects of Maharashtra State Syllabus.
(ii) Participation / Organisation of co-curricular activities.
(iii) Chalk Board work and Audio-visual Education.
The examination for the degree of B.Ed. shall consist of Part A- Theory external Assessment and Part B - Practicum Internal Assessment.
B.Ed Admission 2013 Annamalai University :-
B.Ed Admission Eligibility-
- Candidate need to be graduated with at least 55% from recognized university
- Candidate has to take up Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject in 10+2 level.
- Candidate with 5yr of integrated Programme under CBCS system can also apply for the course.
- Candidate need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by university
B.Ed 2013 Application Procedure:-
The application form can be obtained from the university office The Registrar, Annamalai University by paying Rs250/-. The same can be obtained through post or by downloading from website www.annamalaiuniversity.ac.in the form can be obtained through post by paying the amount through DD drawn under the favor of The Registrar, Annamalai University, and Tamil Nadu.
IGNOU B.Ed Admission 2013:-
Duration:- The minimum duration of the programme is two years. However, the maximum period allowed for completion of the programme will be four years.
Medium of Instruction:- English and Hindi
Eligibility:-
In-service teachers with
i) Graduation or Post-Graduation Degree with fifty per cent marks: Provided that the requirement of fifty per cent marks shall not apply to persons appointed as teachers prior to the commencement of the National Council for Teacher Education (Regulations Norms and Procedure) Second Amendment Regulations, 30.3.2010 and Gazette Notification dt. 26.7.2010.
ii) Two years’ full time teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate teacher in a primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school with registration number recognised by the central or a state government or a union territory. The teacher should be in service at the time of submitting application form as well as at the time of producing the original documents at the Regional Centre. The experience certificate should be issued by the Principal or Headmaster/Headmistress. The requisite teaching experience of two years must be completed on or before the last date of submission of application as notified in the advertisement. An attested photocopy of the Recognition and Affiliation Certificate issued to the school by the Central or a State Government or Union Territory must be enclosed along with other documents at the time of admission.
iii) The reservation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be per the rules of the Central Government/State Government, whichever is applicable. There shall be relaxation of five percent marks in favour of SC/ST/OBC and other categories of candidates.
The candidate should submit their application form at the concerned Regional Centre under whose jurisdiction the school where he/she is working falls.
Admission:-
Admission will be done Regional Centre-wise on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test conducted by IGNOU all over India. The candidate will be required to submit only the filled-in application form without enclosures. The enclosures (documents) mentioned in the instructions for filling-in the application form are to be submitted later after receiving the offer letter for admission to B.Ed. from the Regional Centre after the entrance test. The change of programme centre outside the Region is not permissible.

Programme Fee:-
Rs. 17,400/- for the entire programme in Lump sum in the first year only. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Ed. programme are advised not to pay the fee along with the filled-in application form. They will get a separate communication about their admission and payment of fee.
