LL.M Admissions 2013:-

LL.M Admissions 2013 Mumbai University:-

LL.M. (by papers):- Duration 2 years, Semester System. The academic year which consists of two terms beings in July and ends in May. The arrangement of terms is subject to change and the same will be notified when made.

LL.M Admissions 2012 Mumbai University Eligibility Criteria:-

The minimum qualification for making an application for admission to the LL.M. degree course is a Second Class LL.B. degree obtained at the one and same sitting of this University or a degree recognized as equivalent thereto for general category.However candidate belonging to reserved category they make an application to the LL.M. Degree course with a Pass Class.

An application for admission to the LL.M. degree course must be made in the prescribed form and be submitted to the Department of Law within the prescribed time, immediately after the declaration of the results of the LL.B.degree examination of this University held in first half of every year.

Admission forms for the LL.M. degree course shall be referred to the Committee comprising of Head of University Department of Law and the recognized Post-graduate teachers of the University.

LL.M Admissions 2013 Pune University:-

The admission to the LL.M. Course is generally after the declaration of LL.B. results, at the commencement of the academic year. Academic session generally commences in the month of July every year. Indian applicants are required to apply to the Department in a prescribed form. And overseas applicants are advised to approach the Department through International Students Centre of the University. Admissions will be on merit basis. There are sixty seats; reservations for different categories will be as per the prevailing rules of the University.

LL.M Admissions Pune University Eligibility Criteria:-

LL.B. degree of the Pune University or its equivalent degree of another statutory University, recognized as equivalent to said degree of the University of Pune.

LL.M Admissions 2013 Delhi University:-

The admission to LL.M. course shall be made on the basis of merit in the LL.M. Entrance Test 2012.

LL.M Admissions Delhi University Eligibility Criteria:-

II.  The eligibility criteria for admission to LL.M. (Two-Year/Three-Year) Degree course shall be as follows:-

(i)  For general category and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates, a three-year/five- year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate. However, the cut off marks for admission of OBC candidates shall be upto 10% less than the marks notified for general candidates in the Entrance Test.

(ii) The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) having a three- year/five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or Foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade point in the aggregate in either of them.

(iii)  Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to widows/wards of ex-servicemen/serving personnel (CW) category.

(iv)  Relaxation of up to 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to the candidates belonging to physically handicapped (PH)category on the recommendations of the Medical Board as per the prescribed procedure. Note: (a)   The candidates securing marks prescribed above or appearing in the LL.B.

Degree examination or awaiting the results of any such examination are eligible to appear in the LL.M. Entrance Test 2010 but the admission will depend on their securing the minimum prescribed eligibility marks.

(b)  Rounding of a fraction of marks is not allowed.

(c)  No candidate on the rolls of LL.M. or who is otherwise ineligible to be admitted to LL.M. course shall be allowed to appear in the LL.M. Entrance Test 2011.

LL.M Admissions 2013 Lucknow University:-

Duration:- 2 years, 4 Semesters

Eligibility:- LL.B. with 50% for Gen/OBC and 48% for SC/ST

Symbiosis LL.M Admissions 2013:-

ELIGIBILITY:-

Three Years/ Five Years LL.B. Degree or equivalent degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognized by University Grants Commission with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. (45% for SC/ST)

SELECTION PROCEDURE:- Performance in the qualifying UG examination, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and a writing sample.

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION:- English
