Bhabha Atomic Research Center was found on 3rd January 1954. It is India’s foremost nuclear research center based in Mumbai. It also built India’s first pressurized water reactor. Various experiments are conducted here. However the primary use of BARC is as a research center. QUALIFICATION, STIPEND & AGE:-
MS/MD/DNB degree from recognized university in the requisite speciality. Candidates having less than 3 years experience after Post Graduation will only be considered for appointment. In Radiology speciality, candidates with DMRD qualification will also be considered. Consolidated monthly pay .50,000/- for the 1st year, `.52,000/- for the 2nd year and `.54,000/- for the 3rd year. Age Limit upto 40 years.
For appointment to the post of Junior/Senior Resident Doctor (Anaesthesia) for the period upto 31.08.2012. The period can be restricted if the DNB candidate joins duty. Qualification and Stipend Jr. Resident Docter – MBBS from recognized university with one year internship from recognized institution. Consolidated pay `. 40,000/- per month Sr. Resident Doctor – MBBS degree from recognized university plus Post
Graduate Diploma in the requisite discipline recognized by Medical Council of India or MBBS degree along with one year experience as Junior Resident Doctor. Consolidated Pay of `.42,000/- per month
