Experience:- 5 years to 15 years experience of handling IT Solutions & Services Sales

Role & Responsibilities of Account Manager/ Account Director:-
Account Management and Client Relationship.
Creation and Management of business in a professional manner so as to achieve business results while ensuring customer satisfaction
TARGET Customer experience: Consultative – single point customer facing role - across business Units and offerings
Role: Primarily existing account mining and new account Acquisition (hunting) – eventually 50-60%in account mining & new account acquisition 50-40%
Experience of selling High value business per account per year.
Knack to penetrate in accounts and sell services and projects in highly competitive environment.
Target orientation and consistent performer: A proven performer with a demonstrated track record of individual sales achievement.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Responsibilities:-
Monitor helpdesk metrics to meet SLAs
Responsibilities include managing staff, involvement in recruitment, training, motivation and development of team
Document procedural guidelines for ISO compliance and vendor interaction resulting in ROFC for all incidents
Escalation management with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams
Coordinate between process & Technology for any IT requirements
