Job Responsibilities:-
Gap analysis, package evaluation and implementation
Create architecture and design document
Model business processes in a functional area onto the package using prior implementation experience
Configure /assist in evaluating industry requirements on the products
Have practical experience of having handled at least one module/ technology/ tool, is able to understand requirements in that one process area/ technology domain area
Strong analytical abilities, communication skills and client interfacing skills.
Qualification:-

Skillset:-

Job Responsibilities:-
Ensure design, development and review activities are in line with learning requirements
Participate in requirement elicitation, validation of instructional design strategy and Knowledge Management activities with the objective of ensuring the highest level of service offerings to customers in own Learning Content type within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Technologies.

Create, manage and execute online marketing programs, social media marketing programs, and search engine marketing programs
Develop strategies for an engaging B2B customer experience on Infosys.com
Develop requirements and specifications for Infosys.com based on industry and consumer insights and business strategy
Define product development roadmap and handle prioritization of projects.
Responsible for the bottom line of the product functionality, user experience and adoption
Develop collaterals, guidelines, training material, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and create battle cards for the Unit Online Marketing function to increase adoption and effective use of online marketing/infosys.com
Develop and disseminate best practices
Manage budgeting and financials for the function
