Nationality/Citizenship:-
A candidate must be either (i) a citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetian refugee who came over to India before 01.01.1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, east African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Mallawi, Zaha, Ethiopia and Vietnam, with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that the candidates belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above, should be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India. A candidate in whose case a notification of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the interview conducted by the Bank but on final selection, the offer of appointment may be given, only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.
Educational Qualification:-
Pass in XII Standard examination or equivalent from a recognized University/ Board/Central/State/UT administration Or Degree in any discipline or its equivalent. Applicants should attach attested certificates / marks cards evidencing their educational qualification.
Sports Qualification:-
Should have represented the State in National event, or the District in State Level event with distinction, or the university in an Inter-university event with Distinction or if he was a member of the Combined universities Team. (Preference will be given to current State players).
Applicants should attach certificates awarded by the following authorities to evidence their credentials in respective game concerned :
1 International Competition:- Secretary of National Federation of the Game concerned
2 National Competition:- Secretary of National Federation or Secretary of the State Association of the Game concerned
3 Inter-University Tournaments:- Dean of Sports or other Officer in overall charge of Sports of the University concerned
4 National Sports Games for Schools:- Director or Additional/Joint or Dy Director in overall charge of Sports / Games for Schools in the D.P.I / Education of the State
5 Physical Efficiency Drive:- Secretary or other Officer in overall charge of Physical Efficiency in the Ministry of Education and Social Welfare, Govt of India
Selection Process:-
