Delhi University Admission 2012
There is a new rule of admission procedure for Delhi University, from the year 2012 there will no pre-admission or OMR forms or common admission forms at university or college levels. The Delhi University will follow the rule of admit all eligible students who qualify in the cut out lists. Students are not required to fill any type of paper format form or online forms.
If a college wishes to registers any students profile online then it has to follow certain rules, they are no students will be denied admission even if they have not registered the online forms of college student’s profile. The online students profile forms by colleges are merely optional. There will be no fees collected from the students for filling up the optional profile form. No students will be denied admission if they meet the cut off list. The university will upload on its website the cut off lists from all the colleges also report them in print and electronic media. The Delhi University will declare five cut off dates, starting from June 15, and the student will be given 5 days to take admission. The second cut off date is on June 21 and the admission dates are June 22 - June 25. The third date is on June 27 and the admission dates are June 28 – July 1. The fourth date is on July 2 starting from July 4-july 7. The fifth cut off date is from July 8 and the admission dates are from July 9 – July 13. After the list of cut off is declared the student at this stage is required to fill the college and the university admission form with attested documents and pay the admission fees to complete the procedure.
Delhi University Distance Education
Delhi University offers distance education in subjects like arts, commerce and languages at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
